A newly renovated traditional Trulli comprising of one master double bedroom with dressing room and one single bedroom.  There are two sofa beds in the sitting room area which can accommodate two more adults and two children.

 

 

Accommodation

Bedrooms: The master bedroom in the main trulli cone gives you the benefits of exposed stone walls which keep the temperature down even if it’s very hot outdoors. It also has a dressing room. There’s also a single bedroom in a small trulli cone. Two more adults plus a couple of children can be accommodated on the two sofa beds in the sitting room area.

Bathroom: The bathroom with elegantly marble tiling is shared between master double bedroom and the main sitting room area. It has a large modern shower, bidet and WC.

Kitchen: This area is located beside the main sitting room. It is a newly built kitchen with high quality and modern conveniences – gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher.

Utility Room: A large fridge/freezer is located in a separate store/utility room.

Living Rooms: The living room is light and airy and has a large open fire place and 2 x 3 seater sofa beds, with a 32′ HDTV and DVD player. The lounge benefits from central heating should it be required in the winter and air-conditioning unit for the summer. Dining table seats 6.

Other: All rooms benefit from gas fired central heating for cold winter nights.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen are changed once a week on change over day (usually Saturday). The property is also cleaned once a week
All bedrooms of the main trulli complex are interconnected but also have their own (lockable) front door for separate access.

Accessibility

Trulli Martinella is situated in 4,500 metres of land (just under 1.7 acres) with grape vines, several olive and fruit trees.
It can be accessed via a private iron gate and can accommodate a number of cars.
A huge patio of around 100M2 is located in front of the villa and is ideal for summer entertainment. A separate Patio is located at the side of the villa.
A utility building is located at the side of the villa, with a real pizza stone oven, a barbeque station, a table tennis table, and also an outdoor garden set made of a large wooden table and 6 chairs.
